beautiful decor, charming atmosphere, excellent location
Noise from the street kept me awake at night, despite closed shutters!!! The heating system could be improved. being cold at night in a hotel is not ideal!!! Room furnishings felt less luxurious than expected!!!

missingWrote a review on Jul 11prime locationcomfortable roomdated breakfast
The location is prime, just a stone's throw from the shopping street and a quick jaunt to the iconic Arena for the Opera. The room's comfort stands out, with a firm mattress and a bathroom that provides ample space—quite a rarity in these parts.
Climbing multiple flights of stairs after the lift can be a hassle, especially if you're hauling luggage or not in the best shape. The rooms tend to be on the chilly side, with insufficient heating for the colder months, and the hot water can be lukewarm at best. Breakfast facilities feel dated, lacking a relaxed vibe, and the buffet setup is reminiscent of school cafeterias, which isn't exactly charming.

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Verona, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the room was comfortable. However, a shower curtain in such a classy hotel felt a bit off. Overall, a delightful experience worth revisiting.

charming stay but needs some updates
The small patio offered a perfect quiet retreat from the busy streets, making it a highlight of the trip. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, showcasing the management's commitment to detail.
Despite its charm, some areas of the hotel feel dated.
